I think..It was love at first sight with this photo.
There always come a time these nights when I would feel extremely lonely all of a sudden. Yet I would have an extreme preference for who I would talk to online. Whether I want to talk to the person has completely no relation to how close the person is to me though. I have no idea how my preference…or maybe I should term it as “the” preference…is formed.
It felt good a couple of hours ago though, to be talking to someone I haven’t been talking to in awhile now. But with someone I’ve been talking to these days, it never feels enough.
Anyway, this morning my room was snowing – with shredded toilet paper. Sigh. Unfortunately by the time I noticed, the cats have already fled the scene of crime. Just moments ago the cats are too rowdy in their catching game, running over my table and knocking everything off. I punished Newton by locking him into the carrier for 10 mins. Now they are still play fighting, but in a more gentle game.
Maybe I really need school to tune myself back to equilibrium haha. Dammit, Japanese lessons are too expensive. Talked to Mark and kinda got determined to self study and pass JLPT 4. The only problem is there doesn’t seem to be a way to register for the exam without enrolling into a language school. Sigh. This is irritating.
I think I sound incoherent today. Sigh.
Today, Mummy woke up extremely late once again. It’s fortunate that we had supper last night, since by the time we get our “breakfast”, it was nearly 2pm already. We were lying at her feet waiting impatiently for our meal, and when she finally got up we rushed to the cupboard where we knew our food lies waiting for us. Scrumptious food.
But Mummy did something out of the routine today. She was making her way to the cupboard, when suddenly she paused in her steps and seemed to be pondering over something. To our dismay, she did an about turn and walked away from her (or rather, our) destination. From another cupboard, she took out two leather strips with glitter on them instead. It seemed to have distracted bro from the idea of food though. My brother is nuts about anything that makes noise. So I suppose the jingly bells on those strips were amusing him. I, on the other hand, waited patiently near the cupboard for what Mummy were to do next.
To my horror, Mummy started strangling bro with those leather strips thingie by making a hoop with it around his neck! I just sat there and watch, dumbfounded while my brother tries to wrestle the strip off him. Mummy being the stronger one obviously won, and I was pleasantly surprised that my brother survived the episode, although he kept trying to get the bell off him as if it was irritating him. I knew then Mummy’s coming for me next.
While I was still debating whether to run away, Mummy was next to me and I was too late in my decision to run. Mummy caught hold of me, and was quick in her action of securing the wretched thing onto me. To my surprise, it wasn’t as unpleasant as what my brother made it seem to be, and while I still made the attempt to remove it, I didn’t spend too much effort doing so.
What caught my attention though was that Mummy seemed to be reaching for the food then. Both my brother and I soon transferred our attention to the heavenly food in her hands rather than the hoops around our necks. The food made everything worth it. We just accepted the new additions, rather treated them as accessories. I noticed that my brother didn’t mind the bell so much after the meal too.
In fact, I think I look rather cute in it after all. =)

P.S. I thought of Feline Diaries at first, but Kitty Chronicles sounds cuter? And trying to type in another tone is damn difficult. =S I shall get better at this yes.
